If I could put 0 stars I would. Andrew and his people (I wouldn't call them techs because they are not skilled) did a horrible job putting in my heat pump. I am still dealing with repairs on the installation from almost a year ago. They put the wrong thermostat in and it was on emergency heat for 2 months. It took them 2 service calls to figure out that it was not a thermostat for a heat pump. Loose wires hanging outside and a leak in the coolant.
