Called we have no power to fridge and freezer 24 hours later no call back
Ryan is not professional. Rude behavior.
Very happy with the service - they've always done quality work at our 100 year old house, and the customer service is top notch. The electric heat in several rooms went off on a well below freezing day, and they were here within an hour of my call to help us figure out the issue.
They installed a bathroom fan for us. Great service, and good pricing. However, we found out after the cold weather appeared, that they neglected to install a draft blocker and as a result cold air pours through the fan and into the bathroom. In order to keep the cold at bay we need to have the fan running 24/7 whenever it is cold. We’ve been trying for 3 weeks to hear back from this company and have received no response.
