Ryan is not professional. Rude behavior.
Very happy with the service - they've always done quality work at our 100 year old house, and the customer service is top notch. The electric heat in several rooms went off on a well below freezing day, and they were here within an hour of my call to help us figure out the issue.
They installed a bathroom fan for us. Great service, and good pricing. However, we found out after the cold weather appeared, that they neglected to install a draft blocker and as a result cold air pours through the fan and into the bathroom. In order to keep the cold at bay we need to have the fan running 24/7 whenever it is cold. We’ve been trying for 3 weeks to hear back from this company and have received no response. Hometown Electrical are fabulous! They worked smoothly and efficiently with our contractor and me. They did dan excellent job re-doing and re-placing the electrical in our 100 year plus home. We will be using them again this year for another construction project!
