We had what was a small issue with my grand daughters medicine. The pharmacy was not filling the script when it came in and instead was waiting until we called which kept pushing the date to be refilled out. I spoke with Mike (the pharmacist) about this a few hours ago and explained the issue. He got an attitude and said he would not get this back on track with the original dates of filling. I thought people were nice there but it was the worst trying to guess when a prescription was ready. As much as I didn't want to use big pharmacy again, at least I knew when I had a pickup or when something was sent over. Not all doctors send things immediately and calling didn't always work since sometimes no one answered the phone or you had to keep calling to see when something was ready. *Nice *Fair Pricing Just not for me. I like text or calls to know when a prescription is ready. The guessing was annoying.
