I reached out via the online contact form and received an email back asking if I had insurance. Once I advised that I have insurance and what insurance I have (as they were listed under covered providers on my insurance providers website) I NEVER heard anything back. I left a voicemail when they were out of office and no one ever called me back. Even though I now view this as a blessing because I found an incredible dental practice, I feel people should know that this place doesn’t seem to care about potential new patients.

Best dental experience ever..I had two broken and sore and infected teeth pulled at the same time and Sarah Carlisle and her assistant was top notch, professional and very courteous to me and my needs....I just started at this dentist office with this being my first problem in years and I was 100% satisfied and I'm hard to please!!

I had to reschedule because I was sick and then I had to reschedule because I had to go to a funeral and then had to reschedule because I was sick again and then I had to reschedule again but they said I cant even tho I barely could move I was that sick so the discharged me as a patient so I would not recommend going there if you get sick they don't work with there patients it's ridiculous

So sad to be sharing this but I think it is important. Giving 2 stars cause most of the techs are super nice. Please be careful! I went here without dental insurance, purchased the membership here, and had thousands of dollars worth of work. I couldn't figure out why my crown i got kept getting more and more painful over the months. I had been in to follow up on the pain and how uncomfortable it is but they said everything looked fine.
