We called about having a four wheeler worked on and was refused outright. It seemed the owner was having a bad day and chose to be quite deliberate and abrupt. We live in Franklin, which is nearby, and we were surprised by the owner's reaction to our inquiry.
Mike was the nicest, friendliest, most helpful person/mechanic. A friend laid down his motorcycle on a river crossing while on the MidAtlantic Discovery Route and flooded the bike bad. Mike picked him up and stored the bike in his shop until the parts needed came in. He let us work on the bike with him to expedite this as he shared some of his stories. At the end we even had a drink with him. I saved his location because he’s the man to call if your motorcycle or ATV needs repair. 5 star stop ran by a 5 star man.
Mike was more than helpful. He went well above helping me out of a difficult situation after a failed water crossing with my motorcycle. Highly recommend Hometown Cycle.
Got my Arctic Cat 500 4-wheeler running great again. Did a great job and was a pleasure to deal with.
