Things just go smoothly. Also affordable and easy to work with.
When calling to cancel my insurance, the person who answered the phone was just as rude as I have ever encountered. I do not recommend this agency. I work at a call center for a major insurance company and encounter many types of people but I am always professional. That is all I expect when calling other businesses.
