The actual doctors and nurses are good, and treat their patients well. However you should expect to wait at least half an hour -- or up to an HOUR AND A HALF as someone in the waiting room had this last visit -- after your "appointment" to actually see someone. Your patient paperwork contains information on the penalties for showing up late to an "appointment." Be prepared to be treated like cattle, not like a patient off of which they make a living.
Booked an appointment on their web portal, took off work, and showed up--only to be told the appointment was invalid due to a known portal issue.
I've been seeing Dr. Spann for more than 10 years now. Its refreshing to have a doctor who wants to help you improve your health instead of only prescribing drugs. He's been a great asset to our family.
