This is directed to the auto repair front desk. I have been going to Hometown for 8 years. The mechanical work has been impressive. Recently I went in for oil change and tire rotation. In past I was always told if everything was ok or if there was a potential issue developing.. not so this time. Also their pay with credit system failed and I had to return.
