These guys are the best! Super honest and helpful ! Worked with us on a tire warranty issue that wasn’t even their fault, but helped us anyway when the dealership wouldn’t. Needless to say we now take all of our cars to them!!
My BMW had an oil leak and I brought it to them. First off, they had placed me in the computer for my appointment as somebody else so when I arrived my appointment wasn't showing up. Secondly, they must've assumed I did not understand anything about auto repair. Initially they tried to tell me the engine needed to come out for a valve cover, oil pan and alternator seal replacement.
