Nice bank just slow service in drive thru
I started banking with Hometown and then American National. That transition went smoothly. The current transition has been less than satisfactory. My accounts were continually messed up for the first 4 months until they finally fixed it. They successfully took care of a fraudulent charge but I can NEVER get through to this branch. (Salem) I left two messages last week and neither were returned. I’ve been an Atlantic Union Bank Member for a while. I go to this branch and am the only customer in the building. I tell them I’m there to correct an unauthorized charge on my account. They say that one of the folks in the office will be able to assist me shortly. I’m on my lunch break so I have limited time. I wait for 20 minutes as more customers start coming in.
