I had my car towed here because it wouldn't crank wasn't sure if maybe needed a starter or ignition. My car has been at the shop since Sept 25th. Was only moved once & that was to test the starter. Starter was good so mybstep dad stopped in several times to check because we haven't heard anything from anyone. My step father was told numerous lies so as of yesterday Oct. 14 we had our vehicle towed to another shop. Highly recommend! Knowledgeable, HONEST, personable, responsive, and doesn't try to overcharge. He is our go-to mechanic!
I have never dealt with such a ridiculous “business.” We dropped it off on a Monday and they said they would check it out by Tuesday afternoon. We called repeatedly to get an estimate but were met with the same answer of, “we have it on the lift but haven’t checked it out yet.” Having Ubered to work, we saw that they haven’t even moved the car from where wed parked it.
