Only rated one star because zero stars wasn't an option! Took our car here because they said they could fix it and the owner sounded very nice over the phone when in reality they had no idea how to fix it! They did work without being authorized and that didn't even fix the problem then they just started guessing what might be wrong and made it seem as though they were doing me a favor by not charging me full price shop time.
