On a recent Sat. we were driving from MN to FLA. We encountered car trouble on the interstate near Henderson, KY. We were able to limp into Max's Gas Station where Diana, Store Mgr. put us in touch with Stinnett Truck & Towing. The repr. worked with me and Justin from Stinnett towed our car to Cadiz, KY to Home Town Auto & Truck Repair. The owner, Tank Mason diagnosed our problem, explained to us what needed to be done and explained how to keep going. This placed charged my son almost $800 for a 2 mile tow and weekend storage fee. He was only 17, told us we are in the business to make money and our equipment cost. My husband posted a review with details they responded by apologizing and saying call us. We called thinking they might try to make it fair and reasonable. I told them who we were, they hung up.

Had a wreck 2 miles from Hometown towing on a Friday night. Went Monday to pickup and the bill was almost $800. When ask about being over charged. The owner said we are business to make money and this equipment cost a lot. A regular tow is $130 but the recovery and weekend storage fee is why it cost so much. Taken advantage of 17 year old in a bad situation shows this place is shady.On Dec. 18 they responded to my post above: Saying sorry, give us a call. I did call, told him who and why l was calling. They hung up.
