Thorough and prompt. Great resource for honest work and fair prices.
I do not recommend them. I had my tires (all 4) replaced less than a month ago and I ended up having a blow out on the Tennessee highway 40 East traveling back home. It was never explained what to do in case I had a blowout and I ASKED FOR ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION. Which was not on my ticket. I never had a blowout before and Craig NEVER CALLED ME I HAD TO KEEP CALLING. He was more worried about him getting paid for a possibly defective tire instead of doing the right thing.
