I called Hometown on Monday morning to see about diagnosing my vehicle. They told me no problem bring it in and we'll look at it. I dropped it off Monday after work and on Tuesday morning I was called with a diagnosis and an estimate to fix. They had me back in my car with repairs completed by Tuesday evening! Thank you for your fast, honest, amazing service! I'll be coming back with any auto care needs from now on! Thank you Craig and the Hometown staff!

I went there with my 2020 Honda HR-V with a check engine light on and parking break, they told me I should change the battery, because it doesn’t give enough voltage that’s why the lights are present on the dashboard. 2 days later the lights came back on, I went back to them and they told me the car needs a system update and recommended me to go dealership for that. I could not recommend Hometown Auto any higher than I do. I have been taking all of our vehicles - 5 in total - over the past few years. Craig is honest, upfront with his assessments and fair in his pricing. I appreciate how he walks me through the work required, alternatives, and what can wait if needed.
