An Absolutely FANTASTIC shop!!! I was so worried I wouldn't be able to find a new mechanic to take care of me, or my car to be fixed before my trip tomorrow but Hometown Auto squeezed me in and got me back on the road just in time. My normal shop was closed so I took my car to Hometown for an oil change. When I got it back, they charged me $25 for a tire rotation that I didn't ask for and wasn't asked about. I was not in the mood to argue about it and was on a time schedule so I didn't refute charges I just paid them. Definitely a bad business practice that made me lose trust in the shop. Got us in quickly, reasonable pricing, liked this place a lot.
We were 6 hours out of town, when our engine light turned on, engine coolant was overheating, cylinder was misfiring, and oil ran low. Every place was booked out for the next week and so were they, but they took the time to look at my car and fix it in a pinch. Their consideration and kindness saved our whole trip. Great customer service. Great prices. Would recommend all across the board. Thank you!
