Not too happy.. What kind of crap is this?!? Been going here for about 10 years and have 'had' great service. HOWEVER, my recent experience WILL BE MY LAST AT THIS SHOP. Luckily, I have a code reader, which told me what I needed before I got my vehicle inspected. Got that fixed at HTA and wanted to know if any thing else was needed... I was initially told 'No' so I brought it back to be inspected. Dropped it off and within 2 hours got a phone call stating that it needed a good deal of work BEFORE being inspected. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that we can trust to get the job done right; fair prices; but most of all, we don’t just feel like a number. Wow! All of the great reviews are true. I wanted an alternative to the dealer and, based on reviews, I went in for an oil change. Without me pointing anything out, they recommended replacement of parts I already knew I needed and at a much cheaper price than the dealer. I was able to get everything done at that time. The waiting room was comfortable, the restroom was clean, and I enjoyed talking Phillies with Bob, the owner.
