Excellent service for unexpected brakes problem in 2002 Highlander My brakes were acting oddly and over a few days would unexpectedly "slam on" and later the pedal would go to the floor which was scary. A friend recommended Hometown and I called and went in on a Saturday morning. They checked my brake system and determined it was a broken front brake pad. Hacks The lead mechanic didn't graduate from high school and none of them are ASE certified. Don't go here for anything more than an oil change or a burned out light bulb.
