My name is Ray V.S. I was sent from IL. to MN. to work at a refinery. My jeep broke down.. Hometown took my jeep in ASAP & let me use their loaner. They were as honest as could be.. they told me repairs were too expensive to justify saving my 1999 jeep grand Cherokee. NO CHARGE FOR DIAGNOSING OR USING LOANER! I just filled tank back up and couldn't be happier. Clean, High tech, & HONEST. I wish they had a branch Here in Rockford, IL... thanks again ... Ray

Best repair shop around! – I go there now for all of my maintanence work and major repairs. Before I started going to HomeTown I didn't even know what maintanence was! Everywhere else I went just told me what I needed and shoved it in my face, they were overpriced, and disrespectful. At HomeTown Auto they always make me feel right at home with their fresh coffee and treats. The people at the front desk are always friendly and very informative. What a change from my previous experiences! I was so happy when I finally found "my mechanic".
