TERRIBLE SERVICE! Will tell you a time that he will show up, then come several hours later! After 2 weeks he finally showed up at 8 pm…took a good part off my washer then wouldn’t answer his phone again for days! He doesn’t own this business anymore so he shouldn’t even be on Google as a business! TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE!
Called Monday left voicemail. Called back pretty quick. Texted him the info he asked for, texted him again Wednesday evening asking him to call next day. He texted me back estimate on parts, asked him to come Friday. He texted me at 12:40 asked if now was ok, said yes someone is home I’ll be there shortly, here we are at almost 4pm, no text, no show. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend.
