Dr. Bajuk was amazing! We decided to get a second opinion on a questionable diagnosis from another vet and we're so glad we chose him. He is very professional, but personable and friendly, very knowledgeable, has lots of experience and is even a surgeon. He was more optimistic than the previous vet and had a much better approach to a treatment for our dog. He is also very kind and considerate and he offered us options to save money on the medication. I have a pretty spicy cat who I have a tough time getting to let me or anyone else cut her nails - last vet was charging $300 to gas her and then trim but here they were able to take her back and do the trimming within 5 mins no problem (they did have to use a muzzle).
Dr Paul and his team take amazing care of my 3 dogs. From regular checkups to major surgery, they always go above and beyond to keep the pet comfortable and the pet owner in the know. It is a family atmosphere. One that I greatly appreciate.
Manager takes days and hours to get back to you. Communication is terrible. Also if you ever work there, you work for free for a couple of hours.
We have three pugs Dr. Paul takes great care of them, they were in for their annual Wellness checkups and vaccinations that were due. The front office staff as well as the vet techs give wonderful service and are very caring.
