Horrible....I would not take my dog there even if their services were free. They do not care about your pet. I heard one of the techs say to another tech. "Thank god for those mosquitos, keeping us busy" I'm not the only one who heard it. I reported to the manager and was sure she would fire the tech on the spot, I would have. This did not happen as the tech is still there being her stupid self.
