Amenities are failing and repairs are beyond slow. South pool hot tub has not worked more than 3 weeks straight since November. They tell us to visit others and they are not always working either. Fences around dog park and loan closet have not been fixed since last two hurricanes.
We have been a long time resident of a Hometown property in North Fort Myers Florida. Del Tura to be precise. It has been a wonderful place to live with one glaring exception. Property irrigation is provided twice a week to those properties on Del Tura's system. Unfortunately we have not had our property watered for months. Sent 2 emails in the last 2 weeks and no response,except for automated reply. Not a good way to do business.this 1 star is meant for the parent company,home America and del tura,because of their lack of responsibility.
