Dymetro was the technician who installed my patio door - he worked efficiently , was polite and did a great job
Kostya was great! He took time to do an inspection explain potential issues with regards to my concerns and was honest on best ways to proceed. Happy I went head with having doors and windows inspection done. Also appreciate that he helped lubricate my windows.
The installers did a great job dor the the first house and the second house 2 months (March) for 3 doors. Thanks Oleg and assistant. My one complaint for this second house is the mix-up on the door locks. I still haven't heard from the project manager and the door locks have still not been resolved. Why haven't I been contacted, Andrii? Update: Andrii contacted me and the situation with the locks is being addressed. Thanks.
