Tech was good at diagnosing our basement window leak issue however was not able do any repair at time of inspection as the office indicated might be an option, tech said that wasn’t an option. Scheduling repair was alittle challenging due to the office managers lack of attention to detail and late email responses. Maybe correspondence via phone for faster outcomes. Andrii Yefimenko did a great job rebuilding the door frame, installing the new door and finishing it all up to look original.
I highly recommend this company!! Customer service was exceptional from initial contact thru project completion. The installation team provides superior workmanship, and attention to details.
