This is an extremely poorly run business. Mark is a highly unsavory individual and I am currently in the courthouse filing a civil suit against his company to get back the $900 that I paid upfront to get some windows installed but nothing was ever performed. As a local contractor myself, Ive never even seen or heard of this type of behavior from anyone before. Stay away!
Like many Atlanta contractors, Hometech didn't even come close to finishing on time. They were supposed to finish in 1 day. On day 1 they started late, left early, and left a giant hole in the back of the house where a window should be. On day 2 they didn't show up at all and failed to notify me until late in the day. Day 3 was a holiday. They finished on day 4 but left a bunch of stuff behind, so now I'm contacting them to give it back. If I could give less than one star, I would. I came here to get my mirror fixed. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and thirty minutes with no update on how the car is going. When I asked how much longer it would be Mike, the owner of the shop, got in my face and started yelling. Being very belligerent and disrespectful. I will not be doing business at this place again because I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and mistreated in my life by a company. A negative 10 out of 10 review from me.
