I have been using Home Team Pest Defense for about 15 years, first in Frisco TX and now in Euless TX. Normally they just perform the quarterly visit and I don't even get to see them. Today I noticed a wasp's n'est above the garage on the second story. I called and made an appointment for tomorrow. Parking in walmart parkinglot taking up two spaces up front so everyone has to move around you during a sleet flurry is very considerate of you. Jerk job. Cant consider anyone else on a parkinglot why would i even dare to call yall. Inconsiderate
I've been using Home TEam Pest defense for years, but now I finally have the best technician I've ever had. He is kind, professional and has the nicest demeanor. Keep him around. His name is Gerardo. I'm in the service business so I know how important good employees are.
They killed my tree in backyard. Though they claim it has nothing to do with their treatment, It's very hard to rule out their involvement when the leaves turn yellow the very next day of the service. The incident happened in August'2024.
I've been using HomeTeam Pest Defense for over six years. Our Pest Defense Technician, Scott Hunter, is wonderful. Every three months he shows up, inspects the property, asks if there are any issues and then treats the house. We have the Taexx system built in our home for termite prevention. Which is one of the main reasons we went with HomeTeam Pest Defense.
