Absolutely great guy, great service and very honest when it came to my 20 year old ac package unit with R22. He took the time to show me exactly what was happening with the system and options. No high pressure sales pitch. We chose the least expensive option for the time being. He didn't have the product (I was his first R22 customer) it was the end of the day and he still went to go pick it up and finish the job to make sure I would be up and running. Call Ryan on the hottest day of the year A/C not working. Showed up later that same day found and fixed problem. Huge rodent nest in wiring. Unit was running within an hour of his arrival, and he modified system to help prevent other rodents from entering. Just an outstanding job.
It was 95 degrees out today and the central air unit went out. I called Ryan at 12:00 fully expecting a couple or few days out for service knowing that many people were probably experiencing similar issues. Ryan found the time to fit us in and it is greatly appreciated. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented. I highly recommend Ryan.
