My experience with Ortega's was a nightmare. My father and stepmother were residences. Caregiver stole checks and spent 22,000.00 of their money. Finally am getting restitution pmts on that. My father was dropped breaking Femur. Was told in ER that he would die from this. He passed away in 6-8 months. Stepmothers wheelchair taken away due to the staff wanting her to stay in bed.
