I would give Mechanics Bank a -800 stars if I could. I banked with homestreet for 10 years. 2 accounts with them, one for personal and business. Mechanics bank purchased homestreet and I also sold my business the same month. I called and spoke with most vendors to stop automatic bill pay and what not, however some of them didn’t stop and continued to try and charge my account, well I didn’t have that much money in my business account and mechanics just starts paying them and now my account goes negative and they charge you $... read more
I always have a fantastic experience at this branch. Been coming here for many years! Great service.
Before I visited this branch, I saw bad review about staffs(tellers), today, I encountered by myself, the staff working so slow and asked too many questions even she already called the payer to verify and asked me for ID but still need to ask social security, phone number, etc. The teller rudely threw back my ID even I politely talk with her.
