Before I visited this branch, I saw bad review about staffs(tellers), today, I encountered by myself, the staff working so slow and asked too many questions even she already called the payer to verify and asked me for ID but still need to ask social security, phone number, etc. The teller rudely threw back my ID even I politely talk with her. The Marysville branch has horrible customer service. They are not accommodating and made things far more difficult than they needed to be. I later called the Everett branch who took the time to answer my questions and educate me on industry verbiage and were able to get me exactly what I was looking for. I cannot speak to Homestreet bank as a whole but I would steer clear of the Marysville branch. I am a long time BECU client and cannot say enough good things if anyone is looking to switch to a credit union.
