Homestreet Bank is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. They did not explain to my teen daughter that they would be taking money from her savings account. She makes minimum wage and did not realize they took $15 two months in a row and most recently, $40 in fees. When she and I realized what was happening and asked for a courtesy waiver of any of the fees, they declined. It feels like they stole $70 from my daughter's account and now we have no recourse.
