No , this is NOT a bank teller service. Despite the signs outside. And so as you park too far away, a distressing walk then enter, only then does a polite receptionist tell you that this happens all the time, And NO, there is no phone number for corporate to complain, and NO employee knows a number.. all we can do is WRITE and POST a letter... Or after they persist in disrespecting customer time, I guess we can take our money elsewhere.
We had High Hopes,.. But 85 days into a 45 day contract,.. The Seller Cancelled our Sale due to delays. Most due to "Multiple" Math Mistakes you wouldn't think a bank would do so many times. A "$1000" at first. Then .98 Cents. THEN 8 BUCKS !!! ...and on and on... I can't see dealing with Homestreet in the Future. And Another Buyer is purchasing OUR HOME : ( Our Investment GONE
