Doors locked during operating hours, no sign on door (apart from half a dozen signs about Covid). Impossible to bank here. Must be a drive-up location only. Stopped by Wed, Dec 28th at 12:05pm and doors are locked. It would be super helpful if one of the five signs on the door was giant letters saying "DRIVE UP ONLY" so it could be read from the parking lot.
This is the best bank! The people are friendly and always willing to help. Definitely recommended if you want actual service, rather than being stuck on hold at a "big-box" bank. Thank you for all of the help over the past year!
