This is place is nothing but a joke. They promote to open new accounts and banker snobs be to setup an appointment for a next week since he was too busy to serve. They managed to run my business away with an arrogant attitude. Maybe they need a secret shopper type of an operation to see how their operation is substandard

I found it rather rude and presumptuous when the Indian lady asked me if she wanted me to have my bills broken down to smaller for the bus fare like how presumptuous do you ask everybody that or are you just assuming ? If somebody wants their bills broken down for bus fare I'm sure they would ask you . It seemed to be rather demeaning than trying to be helpful. I know 2 stars is low but I think it's appropriate.
