Horrible service. I needed checks, and they asked for my ID. I didnt have my ID because I lost it so I show them a picture of one front and back. Then they say that new policy requires my ID to be on file because the only ID I have on file is the one from my freshman year 6 years ago (not once has anyone mentioned to update it). If I could give zero stars, I would, This place should not be a bank. I deposited a "large" amount of money via check via the mobile ap. I was told because it was a "large" amount that it would be held for 5 days. It is now 10 days later and I still don't have the money in my account. I contacted the company that distributed the check who in turn contacted the bank it was written from and they assured me the funds were sent.
