The only thing that I was bothered by is the bank no longer gives temporary atm cards. Ana was amazing great customer service!! She helped me rest my account (because I forgot my info) and ordered me a new card.
i prefer banking here compared to other branches. i feel welcomed. staff are friendly and eager to help.
