I’ve been a customer of this bank for many years, even before it was called HomeStreet. I come to this bank all the time. Today I had a new teller who thought the check was fake and the manager agreed because she stated she had never seen me in their bank before. I am a customer of the bank and the maker of the check was a customer. I got very racist vibes from the both of them. Horrible service and horrible people. Great tellers and customer service reps. I deal with this bank location on a weekly basis and they have never failed to give me prompt and accurate service. Highly recommend!
By far, the worst Customer Service from these so called Tellers I've ever had to deal with. Rude and unprofessional.
