Different name, same horrible customer service. Don't waste your time. We were glad we had previously closed our account due to just bad customer service and clerk errors, but was even more so after my recent visit when I attempted to cash a check from my aunt that was literally drawn off their bank. Management has the discretion and refused to do so because it was stale, even though their customer service said it wouldn't be a problem and their website say they may. Friendly people and smooth transactions. Sat down and got a savings account set up with most of the bells and whistles I wanted.
The branch in Tigard is excellent teams working and they the most nicely people working I been banking with them 31 years. The cd always higher interest than other banks! Hue J
