Purchased a heavy-duty weeded terms over a month ago. Still waiting (5 weeks) for a necessary part that we were to receive in 2 days. Left a different weeded terms there for repair 3 weeks ago. They're very happy to sell, but all you get is lip service after the sale.
Was advised mower repair could take a week. Long story short just received it after 5 weeks. AND very expensive. Just a total CLUSTER F**K!
