This place is a joke i live here now and ive been asking since i moved it to fix my thermostat and they still wont they said its a luxury but best believe if it was their homes it woukd be fixed ASAP stupid bitches...im moving out asap i refuse to pay these white trash bitches another penny fuck u homestead yarnwood whAtever
They are such slumlords! I can't stress enough how terrible this place is. They don't fix anything at all! Went without heat most of the winter and A/C most of the summer. They are rude beyond belief and do not care about their renters. NEVER LIVE IN THIS TRASH PLACE WITH THESE TRASH OWNERS. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT TF DOWN. ☺☺
They treat there residents rudely don't fix anything properly . The maintenance people like Bill Riggs likes to yell at 67 year old lady and the park did nothing when reported the the lady in the office Stacy and pay more attention on judging people by the breed of dog they own instead of making proper repairs to make any of those trailers liveable the trailer I lived in was loaded with mold. #7 North road but they suck.
Duck this trailer park kicks u out for no reasons at all gots open sewage leak in middle of tralier park they are disrespectful there rules pethetic i strongly recommend u find somewhere else to live
they will fuck u over and not fix your home they will be dicks to u
They get nothing done when needed it to. It's pathetic that they suspect you to live somewhere with kids and not fix anything like the electric that could cause a fire
