As before I don't recommend this place. Took 3 weeks to change a battery in smoke detector. We recently moved our sister out. She was very unhappy. They show you apartment but not the one you are getting. You purchase key fobs and they fail to tell you are unfundable when you leave$25 each. Elevator was down 4 times within her 13 month lease. The carpet was so nasty on 3rd floor a few people had to call the health department just to get the carpets shampooed in hallway. Took pics of dog shit in hallway. They don't take pride... read more
Nice little apartments. Many amenities I think the Indoor Central Park area is a clever idea. Good security
In response to the review of Deborah Parsley, one you don't live here so you don't know what your are talking about. There are 4 washers and 4 dryers on EACH floor. The elevator is a mechanical piece of machinery, so they are going to break once in a while. When it does break it is always fixed the same day. People help people when they need help. The residents are very friendly. We have numerous gatherings here and provide food for all. I have lived here over 5 years and will only leave here feet first.
My sister moved in last year. Was nice at first year. neighbor across the hall never comes out she has a dog. Smell lingering in the hallways. My sister ended up with Nates. Told and brought office staff up to see said get someone out. Been 4 months nothing yet. Had to get ride of on our own. Dog shit in hallway stained carpet. Fire alarm in her apartment for 2 weeks beeping and work order was in. Still took forever to change the battery. Elevator been down 4 times in 1 year. Not a good place after all. My Mother lives at Homestead Village and she has enjoyed living here for the past 3 years. It's truly like a family here everybody helps everybody and it's a great community
