Pretty decent experience, went smooth and without too many problems. A little bit of a misunderstanding at the start, but we got through it just fine. A little weird to locate the first time you go, but it's not too rough.
The rudest closing officer I've ever delt with that had answers to almost none of our questions and made up ridiculous guesses. Not prepared and she was obviously unwilling to even make calls to try to get answers to questions about large changes in costs. Took all the joy out of the selling. "Are you ok being in the same room as the buyer?" "I'd prefer not to be, it's not necessary." Two minutes later she brought the buyer into the room with us... Lena just didn't care at all.
