Homestead Title is always great to work with. I am a Mortgage Loan Officer and they are a wonderful resource to have! I have done both purchase and refinance business with them. All of my transactions have been smooth!
Buyer beware! They were great leading up to the close, but didn't cover any of our solar panel issues at closing (transfer of ownership process, FAQs) and have not answered a single call or email since we closed in May! Beyond frustrated at the stone wall and still paying full electric bills in the meantime. We had to get our UCC statement elsewhere because it also wasn't provided. Really could have used one less email about wire fraud and give me a path to contacts and connections for the pv panel process. Just horrible exp... read more
