The lady handling my file named by Amanda B. was rude, unprofessional and literally didn't even listen me. There is NO communication on any of the steps and I kept on calling them for next steps. When the frustration level went up to the sky, they just stopped responding me.
This was by far the worst closing experience I have ever had. They were rude, unprofessional and disorganized. They acted like they couldn't send us a wire transfer, then they sent the wire transfer AFTER the cut off time for wire transfer even though they had all of the information ahead of time. Please do everyone involve in your home sale a favor and DO NOT USE this company.
