We payed $6K+ to Homestead Timbers to produce floor plans for us with the understanding that they would build our house using those floor plans. The plans were completed and approved by Homestead and ourselves early 11/21. On 12/23/21we signed a contract with Homestead Timbers and paid them another $5K+ to start pulling permits for the agreed $525K home to be built based on their estimates of those floor plans and was told we will break ground April 1, 2022.
