Very nice park, central location, friendly staff, and wonderful amenities!
The park is not what it is advertised. The pads are not graded correctly. The electric petals are not located in the middle of the pad side, so you have to have an extension cord for the electrical and extra water and sewer hoses. The dog park is full of thick weedy plants that make it hard to pick up dog poop. There are different rules for different guest. The washers and dryers are $3 for a normal load. Kassidy, LaFonda, Erick and Link all work very hard to make Homestead a community rather than just a place to park. Very welcoming and helpful in all aspects. We appreciate the community guidelines as they help to keep this a safe and comfortable environment as long as residents will abide by what they signed. We also enjoy that residents are not only allowed, but encouraged to keep our site up and make it more homely. This adds pride of place as we work on our space. I can’t say enough good things about this RV community! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful — always going out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. The residents are just as amazing; it’s rare to find a place where people genuinely care about one another like they do here.
