Excellent staff! Very knowledgeable and friendly! No one was pushy, worked with us to make the purchase of a new camper go smoothly with no pressure. Highly recommend! Dealt with a BIG name camper store in Akron, would never go there again.
Amazing experience we are first time RVers. All parts of the process were so smooth from the shopping to the finance, education. While we were completing the finance process the tech all ready had our new camper ready for hookup right out front. If you in the market for an RV come to Homestead!!!!!
Worst experience purchasing an RV. Have been purchasing RVs for over 30 years and by far the ForestRiver View is the worst. If I didn’t know better, I would think I bought a used rv instead of a new one. A lot of scratched areas. Missing parts. Holes in every slideout seal areas. Refrigerator outlet doesn’t work so I have an extension cord running through the access outside to have power to it. Seals falling out of one of the sliding windows. I looked at 2 campers with decks on them. Love them. Cost is high .
We are so grateful that we upgraded our camper here. We have had some minor problems that are covered under warranty. They fit us in to be sure that we would not have to reschedule any of our trips. We highly recommend this dealer and are loyal customers now.
