Fair buying process with Josh Thomas. Every time I talk to folks about my financing experience with Homestead they cringe. They made concessions for my unique buying situation. However, taking a month to lock-in a financing rate isn’t acceptable. Especially when in the last week of that was a major 2022Q1 fed meeting that resulted in rates jumping +.8%. I still think about this situation to this day… If you go with Homestead, using them as a realtor is fine, but consider other financing options.
Ana did a great job helping us find our first home. She is very knowledgeable and will point out things you might not think to look for as a first time home buyer. She is responsive and very easy to get along with. Overall she is amazing to work with and highly recommend her!
