Be very carefull when dealing with the owner when purchasing a pool they do a bate and switch tell you one thing on cost and when you get ready for pool to be put in our price was close to ten thousand dollars more then quoted, very shady. And their advertisement is very deceiving .
POOR SERVICE DECEPTIVE BUSSINESS PRACTICES.
DO NOT use Homestead for the purchase and installation of your pool. Once you buy a pool you are on your own. They do not stand behind the warranty as all construction of your pool is subcontracted out. If you experience any problems your issue will be with the subcontractors and not Homestead. In essence, your warranty is worthless. Spend the extra money upfront and buy from a reputable pool company. In the long run, you will be much better off. Homestead is cheaper than most but you get what you pay for.
Ive been there several times. Their prices are lower than Leslys Pool Supply, and She gave me a good discount on Silica Sand for my filter. I must say Im pretty happy such a good place is so close to Salem.I have no complaints so far.
