I was really disappointed. Told my kids I would get them a pool this summer. To do the permitting application I needed the contractors information. They said they didn’t have it on file for the year. It’s the middle of May. The contractor said the website was down. Couldn’t get the information needed for the pool and I wasted a little over a month through the process how I have to shop around again. Would not recommend to anyone.
We purchased an above ground pool from Homestead Pools in 2002. We replaced the pump in 2023. This year we replaced the liner ourselves. We ran into several challenges, and Doug was there to answer all our questions. Doug and Brenda are experts who sell quality products with exceptionally friendly service.
