Very welcoming and caring environment. Staff is very caring and compassionate of theeor residents and their families. Staff makes you feel like family.
With change of management, who is the Director now of Homestead Assisted Living? 2 of the Covid deaths were at this facility. Keep your 'loved ones' in their own apt. with help to come in.
Most of staff will just tell families and residents what they think they want to hear, lots of staff turnover ... A year later and fewer smokers, new management, but few changes in care. A few great people but a lot of high- need residents keep them too busy to assist others.
Wonderful, caring, compassionate staff!
