Bad customer service. I've been waiting for a month now for my CPAP supplies. They claim that they needed an additional form from the doctor (who is in the same office as them), but I have trouble believing that this takes a month to complete. After leaving a couple voicemail messages to get a status I finally get a phone call the following week with a "it should be there soon" return message. I would prefer to give this company no stars..however that is not an option. My advice to anyone considering Homestead/AAA Oxygen in San Marcos Texas to RUN the other way. Billing comes through ROTECH. They deal out of the back of a van. They take your money..continue billing and never send needed supplies. I'm at my wits end in what to do with this company. Meanwhile I'm with out supplies and out of pocket expenses and they have the audacity to keep sending me a bill for zilch service.

Went to Creighton Rd. office to express concerns about my mother's walker being too tall for her to use properly. We were not aware petite options were available. It was dispensed (home delivery) june 1st 2012. While one of the workers was looking up date, the other one was quick to state there was a 30 day exchange policy. The problem is it was their mistake. If you are finding it hard now days to find customer service you won't be disappointed using Texstar. We took my mother to the mountains of Colorado in August, and requiring oxygen at night, we were dreading having to make arrangements in Denver with a company we didn't know, not to mention would the insurance cover the cost. However, Texstar stepped up to the plate and made all the necessary arrangements to, not only have the oxygen delivered, set-up and returned but had it done for two locations during our 5 days stay. The product is fine, no complaints, but sending bill to insurance one year later and then saying they have one year to bill out is just not exceptable! The product was purchased 01/11/2008 and we recieved the bill 01/31/09. PSI should be aware of our side of story, one year sure messes up our flex plan, insurance deductable, and can almost guarentee if we do not pay in a timely fashion we will be charged interest.
