Uphill battle to get anything done for my health or get the proper medications for my issues. If I try to suggest a medication that's helped in the past or one that I've been told might help with a current issue I get ignored or dismissed

Doctor takes the time to listen to me about what is going on with me. He explained everything so I could understand it. He's very concerned about you as a person not a number.
Dr. Schafer seems very caring but his staff does not reflect this. They didn't have my medical file upon my first appointment. They didn't tell me I could not get my prescriptions filled through him because he doesn't take my insurance. I called them more than once today and go no follow up what so ever. My pharmacist had to explain this to me when trying to pick up the six medications I urgently need that I cannot get now because this office had no issues taking my money and not helping me at all.
